Our apartment PENTHOUSE BERMUDA BEACH 5A is located in a complex directly on the beach! The community offers enlosed garden area with 2 pools, all overlooking the sea. The apartment offers stunning sea views and is tastefully decorated with cheerful colors. The spacious living room offers large lounge area consiting of 2 large sofas and 2 armchairs infront of the large LCD-TV, just beside there is a dining table for 6 people. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace with garden table for 6 people and 2 sun loungers. Here you can enjoy breakfast at the beautiful sea view. On the other side of the living room you will find the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all amenties! There is a large hallway connecting the living room with the bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers directly seaviews, access to the terrace, large double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are also spacious, have built-in wardrobes and share a bathroom on the landing. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and parking space.
Location
The urbanisation 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first beachline between the city of Estepona and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas/ Manilva. The complex offers spacious garden and community pools direct on the beach. Each apartment has unforgetable views over the beach, the Rock of Gibraltar and Africas coastline: a perfect holiday home for summer and winter! The complex has direct access to the beach. Just 100 meters away is a very good restaurant. In walking distance you will find the Albayt Golf & Country Club with restaurant, large SPA and golf - we offer discounted rates. In the village next door you will find numerious shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tapas-bars, bakery and pastery. Every sunday here is one of the biggest markets in the region.

The bigger city of Estepona is just 7 km. far away.

All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment has air conditioning system for heating and cooling troughout, sattelite TV and offers amazing seaviews. The terrace is south facing to the open sea. On this terrace you will find garden table and 2 sunloungers. The south orientation allows you to enjoy the sun untill evening! The enclosed community garden offers large adults pools and separate children pool with sunumbrellas, sunlounsgers and showers.

All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 70,-/week; final cleaning after departure, hand towels and bed linen EUR 130,-f you wish WLAN Internet access for EUR 3,-/night, if you wish Babycot with linen for EUR 5,-/ night, if you wish Baby-Highchair for EUR 3,-/night, /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

MINIMUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR, EARTER & PEAK SEASON = 7 nights)!

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
