Spacious penthouse apartment for rent right on the beach.

The entire apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with numerous antiques and decorations from Morocco; a little piece of Morocco in Spain!

This apartment is in the smallest & quietest part of the complex in a 2 storey house. The apartment is very spacious. The focal point is of course the spacious living room with fireplace and separate dining room. Next to the living room is the large open kitchen with a separate laundry room. From the living room you have direct access to the 35m² covered terrace with a beautiful view of the first pool and behind it the open sea with the defense tower LA SAL. On the terrace is a large garden table for 6 people and a large lounge set consisting of a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Enjoy the beautiful weather here and listen to the birds and palm trees.

Both bedrooms are very spacious and both have built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with windows and underfloor heating. In the master bedroom is a large double bed with 180X 200 cm. Here you can enjoy beautiful sea views and direct access to the large terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, each 90X190cm. There is a guest toilet between the living room and the guest room.

Behind the fireplace is the staircase to the private roof terrace with sun loungers and stunning pool and sea views. Here you can enjoy direct SUNSHINE all day long!

The apartment is fully air-conditioned (warm/ cold) and offers cable/TV-SAT-TV with Spanish, British & German TV channels, unlimited internet access via WLAN/WIFI (extgra costs) and its own underground parking space (extra costs).

The first community pool is right in front of our house (usually heated from around mid-November to mid-March of each year). There is easy access to the beach directly through a gate next to the heated pool. At the beginning of the beach is also the very popular BAHIA BEACH restaurant with parasol and sun lounger rental. Next to our facility is the BEACHCLUB of the 5-star hotel FINCA CORTESIN with a large pool, sun lounger rental and restaurant.

In this part of the residential complex you have a total of 4 large pools at your disposal. 2 pools are heated in the winter months!
Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. You can use one of four swimming pools! The nearest pool is just 20 meters away and heated in winter months!

PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Deposit: 50% of the rental price must be paid upon booking. Final payment due 31 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date of receipt of the cancellation applies! The following cancellation fees are due:
1. More than 31 days before arrival - full refund of all payments (FREE CANCELLATION)
2. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of all payments made (100% cancellation fee)
