The penthouse "LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 3" is a real oasis, where you can relax and enjoy your holidays.

Choosen colours and fabrics create an uniquie ambience, where you can feel just like at home. The property goes over 2 floors and offers a lot of space to enjoy and relax.

The spacious living room with frontal seaviews is the center of the property. Infront of the fireplace you will find 2 comfortable sofas and an old moorish coffe table. From here you have direct access to the covered main terrace. From the terrace you overlook the hole bay of Bahia de Casares and the sandy beach of Playa Ancha. Here you will find a large dining table to suite up to 6 people and lounge furniture to enjoy the panoramic views reading a book or drinking a glass of wine...

In the living room there is also the spacious dining area with the old wooden table with 6 chairs.

Beside the living room you will find the downstairs bedrooms, both spacious, equipped with single beds, built-in waredrobes and en-suite-bathrooms. The beachside bedroom is bigger and offers frontal seaviews.

On this level there is also the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room.

Steps beside the fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom suite with en-suite full bathroom and the open roof terrace. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers large window front with direct seaviews and access to the sunny terrace. The master bedroom offers large double bed and large en-suite bathroom with double bassin, WC, bidet, whirlpool bath and separate shower.

On the sunny terrace you can enjoy the sun from early morning till late at night. Here you will find 4 sunloungers.

In this part of the community our guests have the opportunity to choose one from 4 pools in total. The sandy beach of Playa Ancha is just few steps away, in walking distance you will find also 2 beach bars.

Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

All modern comforts are provided in these privately-owned apartments which have been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Ancha have the use of four swimming pools and those facing La Galera, on the other side of the tower, have the use of three pools. This penthouse is in the part with 4 pools (2 heated!). Further thsi penthouse offers a huge roof terrace with amazing panoramic seaviews and the hole day directly sunlight!

Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 154,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 130,- , if you wish WLAN Internet access for EUR 3,-/night, if you wish underground parking for EUR 3,-/ night, if you wish Babycot with linen for EUR 5,-/ night, if you wish Baby-Highchair for EUR 3,-/night, Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
