The apartment is very comfortable. We used the terrace a lot (breakfasts and dinners). The location is excellent as it has three pools very close to the apartment and a beautiful beach 3 minutes walking. It is very secure and very quiet. September 2012 um 17:07 Uhr "PENTHOUSE LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 8" Our part of 4 adults and 2 teenage girls found the accommodation to be first class, well maintained, clean and with plenty of room for all of us to relax, each room and bedroom to be furnished to a very high standard ! The balcony was a favourite place for us all to spend our evenings as a family relaxing with a BBQ and enjoying the seaview. 5 out of 5. The complex itself is private and quiet, the girls especially enjoyed the pools ! The beach is also private and never over crowded although the mass of jelly fish stopped us spending more time in the sea. The beach bar is a perfect place to escape the heat of the sun for a drink or a bite to eat. Location 3 out of 5 as a car is essential for a family for shopping and exploring the coast although the nearest town of Sabinillas is only a few minutes away or a 30 minute stroll along the coastal paths where you can find a variety of bars and restaurants with enough cuisines to cater for any tastes, our favourite was El Estribo Steak house, the food is just superb ! Overall we would highly recommend families staying at PENTHOUSE LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 8, the accomodation as it is fantastic for getting away from it all ! September 2012 um 13:17 Uhr "Wir kommen gerne wieder" Wir haben alles genauso angetroffen, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Feriendomizil ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter plant alles bis ins kleinste Detail. Der Hausverwalter vor Ort spricht fließend Englisch und ist eine wirkliche Hilfe in allen "Lebenslagen". Das Feriendomizil ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Im Nu ist man mit dem Auto in Marbella, Estepona, Gibraltar uvm. Der Strand war nicht so unser Fall, dafür waren die Pools in der Anlage ein absoluter Traum und die Anlage gepflegt bis ins I-Tüpfelchen. Dienstags jedoch ist Gärtner-Tag und es ist unerträglich laut, da plant man besser einen Ausflug, denn von Besen zum Kehren haben die Spanier noch nie was gehört, die pusten alles mit überlauten Gebläsen mit viel zu viel dezibel weg. Das Meer ist kalt wegen der Meeresströmung durch den Atlantik, von der Meeresenge von Gibraltar. Selbst im Juli. Casares selbst hat wenig zu bieten, aber wenige Autominuten weiter oder einige Gehminuten am Strand in Sabanillas war es wunderschön, auch der Strand war dort lebhafter. Ein Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder anmieten. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, der ist hier richtig, wer Party und Getöse sucht, der sucht sich besser etwas im mondänen Marbella.... ("LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 2" Juni 2012) |
