(mandatory) Surcharge for the 5th person depending on the daily rate EUR 25,- to EUR 50,-/night;

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount must be paid
2nd balance payment (50%) due 31 days prior to arrival date.
3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payments are made in euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA/ MASTERCARD).

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should be made by one person only, if possible this should be the leader of your party as stated on the reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date of receipt of the cancellation applies!

1. More than 30 days before arrival - full refund of all payments made (free cancellation!)
2. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount
