The apartment has an orientation to the south with all day sun (even during winter months!) Enjoy breathtaking sunrises every morning from your terrace...The apartment is very spacious and bright. The large living room has a dining area and a comfortable living area with a big italian designer leather sofa and TV-corner with direct access to the main terrace. When you seat on the sofa, you enjoy free panoramic seaviews! On the enormous terrace infront of the living room with over 110mē there is an outside dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the sun listening to the sea! Further here you will find an comfortable outside lounge furniture set for 4 people abd 2 sunloungers. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and offers frontal sea views. This bedroom offers very large double bed with 180X200 cm and an en-suite bathroom. When you lie in the bed, you overlook the open sea. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a bathroom on the landing. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The complex is located on the beachfront and offers paddle tennis court and well kept gardens with 2 large community pools: one childrens pool and one adults pool right on the beach! A perfect holiday home for summer and winter!

The complex 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first line of the beach of the same name between the city of Estepona and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas. The complex was built just a few years ago, each apartment offers large terraces with over 100mē. All apartments offer unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and the North African coast: a perfect domicile for wonderful holidays not only in the summer months. The complex has direct access to the sea, private tennis court and a large pool area right on the beach. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 large beaches.
Via the beach promenade (15-20 min. walk or 2 min. by car) you can reach 3 good restaurants: RESTAURANTE BAHIA BEACH; BEACH CLUB FINCA CORTESIN & CHIRINGUITO LA SAL
Numerous shops, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, tapas bars, cafes and pastry shops in the next village. One of the largest weekly markets in the region takes place here every Sunday! It is only 7 km to the larger city of Estepona!

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 4 people including electricity, water, air conditioning for heating / cooling, satellite TV. WIFI FREE OF CHARGE!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount is requested.
2. Final payment (50%) due 31 days before the day of arrival.
3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Payments may be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD).
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as stated in the reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies!
1. If more than 31 days before arrival - full reimbursement of all payments made (free cancellation!)
2. between 60 and 01 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount (loss of total payment)
