The apartment BERMUDA BEACH 8 is located on the beachfront itself and offers breathtaking views over the near sea and the beach infront. The apartment has an orientation to the south with all day sun! The apartment is very spacious and bright. The large living room has a dining area and a comfortable living area with a TV-corner with 3-seater and 2 seater-sofas and 2 comfy armchairs. The bright living room has direct access to the spacious terrace. When you seat on the sofa, you enjoy free panoramic seaviews! On the enormous terrace infront of the living room with over 80mē there is an outside dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the sun listening to the sea! Further here you will find an comfortable outside lounge furniture set for 5 people, 2 sunloungers and a small BBQ. The terrace is partly covered, so there is always plenty of shadow...The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and offers frontal sea views. This bedroom offers very large double bed with 180X200 cm and an en-suite bathroom. When you lie on the bed, you overlook the open sea. There are 3 more bedrooms, so the apartment can suite up to 8 people in total! The second and third bedrooms do offer 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom offers a double bed with 150X200 cm. This 3 bedrooms share a bathroom on the landing. The kitchen is fully equipped and is located just beside the entrance hall.

The complex is located on the beachfront and offers paddle tennis court and well kept gardens with community pools right on the beach! A perfect holiday home for summer and winter!

The complex 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first beachline between the city of Estepona and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas/ Manilva. The complex offers private paddle tennis court, spacious garden and community pools direct on the beach. Each apartment has enormous terraces with 100mē and unforgetable views over the beach, the Rock of Gibraltar and Africas coastline: a perfect holiday home for summer and winter! The complex has direct access to the beach. Just 150 meters away is a very good restaurant. In walking distance you will find the Albayt Golf & Country Club with restaurant, large SPA and golf - we offer discounted rates. In the village next door you will find numerious shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, tapas-bars, bakery and pastery. Every sunday here is one of the biggest markets in the region.

The bigger city of Estepona is just 7 km. far away.

The apartment has air conditioning systems for heating and cooling troughout, sattelite TV and offers amazing seaviews. The spacious terrace is facing out to the open sea. On this terrace you will find outside garden table, comfortable lounge furnishing for 6 people and 2 sunloungers. The south orientation allows you to enjoy the sun untill late afternoon!

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people including electricity, water, air conditioning for heating / cooling, satellite TV.

Extra cost:

(obligatory) flat rate surcharge for towels, bed linen and final cleaning upon departure EUR 175,-;

(on request) wireless high-speed WLAN internet access via fiber optic cable: EUR 3,-/ per night (for up to 5 devices at the same time);

(on request) rental of a children's travel cot with bed linen EUR 5,-/ per night;

(on request) rental of a high chair EUR 3,-/ night;

(on request) additional interim cleaning of bathrooms & complete change of towels and bed linen for EUR 119,-/ clean;

(on request) rental of pool / beach towels: EUR 7,-/ piece for the entire duration of the stay;

(on request) surcharge for additional person: EUR 35,-/ per night;

(obligatory) refundable deposit of EUR 200, - (in case of proper departure, the deposit will be transferred back to the customer's account within 14 days).

MINIMUM STAY FROM 3 NIGHTS (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR from 5 nights, EASTER from 4 nights & HIGH SEASON from 7 nights)

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Down payment: 30% of the rental price is to be paid on reservation. Remaining payment due 42 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies! The following cancellation fees are due:

1. If more than 57 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the reservation payment

2. between 56 and 43 days before arrival - loss of reservation payment

3. between 42 and 15 days before arrival - loss of 70% of the total payment

4. 14 days or less before arrival - loss of the entire payment! (Deposit will be transferred back)
