The apartment was furnished to an exepcionally high standard and tastefully with numerous pictures and decorations and offers a large entrance area, stylish & bright living room with separate dining area and access to two (!) covered terraces, very large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and separate laundry room, a guest toilet and 2 large Bedrooms: each with a double bed and its own en-suite full bath. Master bedroom with separate third (3) terrace overlooking the near pool.
The apartment overlooks the nearby pool and, thanks to the large window front, offers direct sunshine until late in the evening.

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 4 people including electricity, water, air conditioning(s) for heating/cooling, satellite TV (including BBC & ITV).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount must be paid
2nd balance payment (50%) due 31 days prior to arrival date.
3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Payments are made in euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA/ MASTERCARD).
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should be made by one person only, if possible this should be the leader of your party as stated on the reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date of receipt of the cancellation applies!
1. More than 30 days before arrival - full refund of all payments made (free cancellation!)
2. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount
