The penthouse was furnished very tastefully & to a very high standard with numerous pictures and decorations. On entrance level you there is a large entrance area, stylish & bright living room with separate dining area and access to an open terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and separate laundry room, a guest toilet and 2 large bedrooms: one with double bed (150X190 cm) and the second with 2 single beds 90X1901cm; each with its own en-suite full bath.
Steps beside the dining area lead to upper level where the spacious master bedroom (double bed 180X 200 cm) is located with a large en-suite full bath & access to a extensive roof top terrace with 4 sunloungers, second outside dining table offering nicely views over the surrounding neighbourhood, sea & pool! This bedoom & terrace enjoy sunlight till late evening!
The facilities include 2 central air conditioning systems (hot/cold) one for each floor, cable TV with over 250 international TV channels, WIFI via fiber optic cable connection suitable for video telephony.
The complex offers 2 community pools (open all year round), access by elevator in the building, free community parking area, underground parking space can be rented separately (extra charged apply).
Smoking is permitted in the living room/terrace, pets are welcome (extra charges apply).
The complex offers 2 communal pools and is only 300 meters from the nearest beach, 10 km from San Pedro de Alcatara and 15 km from Puerto Banus/ Marbella.

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people including electricity, water, air conditioning(s) for heating/cooling, satellite TV (including BBC & ITV).

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount must be paid
2nd balance payment (50%) due 31 days prior to arrival date.
3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Payments are made in euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA/ MASTERCARD).
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should be made by one person only, if possible this should be the leader of your party as stated on the reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date of receipt of the cancellation applies!
1. More than 30 days before arrival - full refund of all payments made (free cancellation!)
2. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount
