Spacious penthouse apartment located directly on the beach for rent.

This apartment is located in the smallest & quietest part of the complex in a 2-storey house. The apartment is very spacious. Of course, the focus is on the spacious living room with fireplace and separate dining room. Next to the living room is the large open kitchen with a separate laundry room. From the living room you have direct access to the 30m² covered terrace with a wonderful view of the first pool and behind it the open sea with the LA SAL defense tower. On the terrace is a large garden table and 2 sun loungers. Enjoy the wonderful weather here and listen to the birds and palm trees.

Both bedrooms are very spacious and both have built-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with windows and underfloor heating. In the master bedroom is a large double bed with 180X 200 cm. Here you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and direct access to the large terrace. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds, each 90X190cm. There is also a guest toilet between the living room and guest room.

Behind the fireplace is the staircase to the private roof terrace with sun loungers and a fantastic pool and sea view. Here you can enjoy direct SUNSHINE all day long!

The apartment is fully air-conditioned (warm / cold) and offers cable / satellite TV with Spanish, British & German TV channels, unlimited Internet access via WLAN / WIFI and its own underground parking space (extra charge).

The first community pool is right in front of our house (usually heated from around mid-November to mid-March each year). The beach can be reached comfortably and directly via a gate next to the heated pool. At the beginning of the beach there is also the very popular BAHIA BEACH restaurant with parasol and sun lounger rental. Next to our facility there is also the BEACHCLUB of the 5-star hotel FINCA CORTESIN with a large pool, sun lounger rental and a restaurant.

In this part of the residential complex there are a total of 4 large pools available. 2 pools are heated in the winter months!

Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

All modern comforts are provided in these privately-owned apartments which have been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Ancha have the use of four swimming pools and those facing La Galera, on the other side of the tower, have the use of three pools. This penthouse is in the part with 2 pools. There is further a childrens pool. Further this penthouse offers a huge roof terrace with amazing panoramic seaviews and the hole day directly sunlight!

Prices are per night for self-catering with a maximum occupancy of up to 4 people including electricity, water, air conditioning for heating / cooling, satellite TV.

Extra costs:

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Down payment: 30% of the rental price is to be paid on reservation. Remaining payment due 42 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies! The following cancellation fees are due:

1. If more than 57 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the reservation payment

2. between 56 and 43 days before arrival - loss of reservation payment

3. between 42 and 15 days before arrival - loss of 70% of the total payment

4. 14 days or less before arrival - loss of the entire payment! (Deposit will be transferred back)
