Unique beachapartment to rent!

The penthouse "LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 10" is located on the 2.floor with direct access by lift from the underground parking and gardens. You do not have to walk any steps!

The apartments offers 180m² of built surface including 2 terraces and goes over 2 floors! The property has south-west-orientation with direct sunlight till late afternoon!

On the main floor you will find the bright living room with separate dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room, the main covered terrace and 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite-bath.

On the upper floor there is the master suite with its large ensuite-bathroom and the sunny roof terrace!

The spacious living room with frontal seaviews is the center of the property. Infront of the fireplace you will find 2 leather sofas and numerious armchairs. Beside the chimeney there is a TV-cabinet with SAT-TV and HiFi-System with radio! From here you have direct access to the covered main terrace. From the terrace you overlook the 2 pools infront of our holiday accomodation and the open sea behind. Here you will find a large dining table to seat up to 6 people. comfortable lounge furnishings and a grill/ BBQ.

In the living room there is also the spacious dining area with a large glass top table with 6 chairs.

Beside the living room you will find the downstairs bedrooms, both spacious, equipped with single beds, built-in wardrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with underfloorheating and windows. The beachside bedroom is bigger and offers nicely pool- and seaviews.

On this level there is also the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room with washing mashine and tumble dryer.

Steps beside the fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom and the roof terrace. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers large window front with direct seaviews and access to the sunny terrace. The master bedroom offers large double bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with double bassin, WC, bidet, bath and separate shower.

On the sunny terrace you can enjoy the sun till late evening! Here you will find 4 sunloungers.

The views from this terrace are breathtaking: you overlook not only our complex, but also the bay of Bahia de Casares, the Rock of Gibraltar and Afrikas North coast with the Atlas-mountains...

In this part of the community our guests have the opportunity to choose one from 4 pools in total. On every pool you will find numerious sunloungers and showers. On every pool area there is also a gate to the beach. The sandy beach of Playa Ancha is just few steps away, in walking distance you will find also 2 beach bars/ restaurants.

A luxury holiday home for all guests who are searching for the special touch!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. When booking, a reservation payment of 30% of the total amount is required
2. 2nd balance (70% of the total amount) due 42 days before arrival.
3. For short-term bookings or NON REFUNDABLE RATE, the total amount is due.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payments are made in Euros using the following methods:

1. Bank transfer: (free of charge)
2. Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) from us: (free of charge) (data will be requested by phone and debited).
3. HOLIDAYHOME ONLINE PAYMENT (FEWO-DIREKT / HOMEAWAY / VRBO / HOMELIDAYS
PAYMENTS): + 3% processing fee
4. PAYPAL: + 5% processing fee

PAYMENT POLICY:

1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.


CANCELLATIONS (FOR RESERVATIONS FOR 2020):

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the next working day is the date of receipt of the cancellation!

When the guest has made a payment, they receive:

1. Full 100% refund of the previously paid amount if canceled 31 days before check-in.
2. 50% reimbursement of the previously paid amount if canceled 15-30 days before arrival
3. No refund of the previously paid amount for cancellations 0-14 days before arrival


COVID 19 REBOOKING OPTION for reservations for 2020:

You can rebook / change your existing reservation for 2020 up to 4 weeks before arrival to another period for 2020 or 2021.

All net payments made are accepted for the new period. (VOUCHER)

All requests for changes that arrive less than 4 weeks before arrival are considered a cancellation.
Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

All modern comforts are provided in these privately-owned apartments which have been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Ancha have the use of four swimming pools and those facing La Galera, on the other side of the tower, have the use of three pools. This penthouse is in the part with 4 pools (2 heated!). Further thsi penthouse offers a huge roof terrace with amazing panoramic seaviews and the hole day directly sunlight!

2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
