Spacious apartment for rent directly on the beach. This apartment is on the first floor and can be easily reached by elevator from the underground car parking and the garden. The apartment impresses with its unique location right next to the largest pool of the complex, so that you can always keep your children in view. The apartment is very spacious. The center is of course the spacious living room with fireplace and separate dining area. Here you will find 2 comfortable sofas and numerous decorations.

From the living room you have direct access to the 20m² covered terrace with a wonderful, frontal view of the largest main pool in the complex and the open sea behind it. On the terrace is a large garden table, comfortable lounge set with a 3-seater sofa, armchair and coffee table. Enjoy the wonderful weather here and listen to the birds and palm trees.

The terrace is equipped with foldable glass front, so you can enjoy it like a winter garden in the winter months.

Both bedrooms are very spacious and both have built-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. In the master bedroom is a large double bed measuring 180X200cm. Here you can enjoy frontal pool and sea views. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds with 90X190cm.

On the other side of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (warm / cold) and offers satellite TV with over 180 national & international (BBC, ITV; German) TV channels and its own underground parking space.

Directly in front of your terrace is the largest pool in the complex with numerous sun loungers and showers. The beach can be reached comfortably and directly via a gate behind the pool. At both ends of the complex there is a popular beach bar or restaurant with parasol and sun lounger rental. In this part of the complex there are a total of 4 large pools available. 2 pools are heated in the winter months!

San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!
Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.

(obligatory) refundable deposit of EUR 200, - (in case of proper departure, the deposit will be transferred back to the customer's account within 14 days).

MINIMUM STAY FROM 3 NIGHTS (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR from 5 nights, EASTER from 4 nights & HIGH SEASON from 7 nights)

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. When booking, a reservation payment of 50% of the total amount is requested.

2. Final payment (50%) due 31 days before the day of arrival.

3. In the case of short-term bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount is due.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payments may be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD).

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.

2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as stated in the reservation confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the date on which the cancellation was received applies!

1. If more than 60 days before arrival - full reimbursement of all payments made (free cancellation!)

2. between 60 and 31 days before arrival - loss of 50% of the total rental amount (loss of reservation payment)

3. between 30 and 0 days before arrival - loss of 100% of the total rental amount
