The duplex PENTHOUSE SEASIDE BE 1 is built on two levels with spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) with stunning sea & mountain views in the community 'Terrazas de la Bahia' near Estepona. The entire property has been furnished with a personal taste and to a high standard with a lot of unique accessories, pictures and some antique furniture.

The Penthouse has 3 terraces in total, 2 with offering fantastic seaviews; the third terrace is on the garden side. There is air conditioning throughout for heating/cooling. Tastefully and to a high standard furnished with ASTRA-SAT-TV, DVD, music/CD-radio.

On the entrance level you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the third bedroom with own bathroom and the spacious and bright living room. Here you will find comfotable lounge and separate dining place to seat up to 6 people, when you seat on the dining table you can look at the sun, lighting on the open Mediterranean Sea! Both lounge and dining area have direct access to the main large terrace with free overviews to the sea and the surrounding landscape. Here you will find garden table with 6 chairs and extendable blind.

Steps are leading on to the second floor where you will find the master and thrid bedroom. Each one of this bedrooms has built-in wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. The master bedroom offers frontal seaviews and a big bathroom with double sink, wc, bidet and a bath.

The second beachside terrace infront of the master suite offers a second garden table for 6 pax and 2 private sunloungers to relax in the sun. The Penthouse has 2 separate air conditioning systems (for each level one) throughout hot and cold!

The complex of "Terrazas de la Bahia" has been built like to a small andalucian village style with colourfull townhouses around lush tropical gardens with 2 large communal pool areas; each pool area offers adults and childrens pool, showers, sunloungers and even a toilet.

The next sandy beach is only 10 minutes stroll away downhills. At the bottom of our hill/ private road you will find a gasoline station with large shop and cafe/ bistro, taxi stand, and on the beachside there are 2 beachrestaurants and a beachclub of the 5-star-hotel Finca Cortesin, so no need to use a car to have a great meal on the beach!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1. When booking, a reservation payment of 30% of the total amount is required
2. 2nd balance (70% of the total amount) due 42 days before arrival.
3. For short-term bookings or NON REFUNDABLE RATE, the total amount is due.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Payments are made in Euros using the following methods:

1. Bank transfer: (free of charge)
2. Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) from us: (free of charge) (data will be requested by phone and debited).
3. HOLIDAYHOME ONLINE PAYMENT (FEWO-DIREKT / HOMEAWAY / VRBO / HOMELIDAYS
PAYMENTS): + 3% processing fee
4. PAYPAL: + 5% processing fee

PAYMENT POLICY:

1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.


CANCELLATIONS (FOR RESERVATIONS FOR 2020):

Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the next working day is the date of receipt of the cancellation!

When the guest has made a payment, they receive:

1. Full 100% refund of the previously paid amount if canceled 31 days before check-in.
2. 50% reimbursement of the previously paid amount if canceled 15-30 days before arrival
3. No refund of the previously paid amount for cancellations 0-14 days before arrival


COVID 19 REBOOKING OPTION for reservations for 2020:

You can rebook / change your existing reservation for 2020 up to 4 weeks before arrival to another period for 2020 or 2021.

All net payments made are accepted for the new period. (VOUCHER)

All requests for changes that arrive less than 4 weeks before arrival are considered a cancellation.
Location
The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation has the architecture of a small Andalusian village of little townhouses with a wonderful garden area with 2 communal swimming pools. The urbanisation is only 12km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 2 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.

The second beachside terrace offers a second garden table for 6 pax and 2 private sunloungers to relax in the sun. On every terrace there are many plants and palms.

If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
