We take over the internet presence of your holiday home in two of the largest internet searchers in Europe (every searcher has 25.000 visitors weekly) as well as the complete handling of the bookings, from the inquiry without obligation until the departure of your guest. We will also help you in finding the right personnel for the cleaning, key-holding and maintenance of your property.

If you would like to work with us, you can sleep well during our property is getting amortized.

Our service in overview:

• No contract: in the first year there is no obligation in the contract and neither costs! So you can test our company for one year. In the second year (if so desired) we can arrange to sign a contract committing us for another year.
• Internet presence of your holiday home: we will present your property in two of the largest internet searchers in Europe. The presentation of your property on our homepage www.andalusienferienwohnungen.de is free.
• Description of your holiday home: we create a dossier of your property with lots of photos, detailed information, directions, such as the location and surroundings and possibilities for sport & culture.
• Suggestion by price creation: if you have questions referring to the price creation, please ask for the realistic and fair price and we will be happy to help you.
• Handling of booking & payment: we take care of the whole booking from the enquiry without obligation, directions, complete payment and control until the deposit is refunded after the departure date.

Costs for our service:

In the first year we only charge you the (cost price( of 300,-- Euro (cost price without any extras) for the internet presence of your property on the largest search machines for holiday rentals in Europe. The (administration fee in the first year is free(. From the second year on we will make an individually contract with you.
